Great beach for snorkeling in the morning, and boogie boarding in the afternoon. While this beach did get crowded with locals on the weekend, we really enjoyed our time there. When the wind isn't blowing in the mornings there is good snorkeling off the rocky points. (my daughter spotted a really nice sea turtle). Then in the afternoon, there were great shore break wave for some intense boogie boarding. Would warn those with young children that these waves are not gentle and can really pound you into the sand. There is a lifeguard station on the beach and they were very good about warning everyone about the potential to get tossed in the shore break. We were always able to find parking here and the restrooms and showers for washing off sand were good.
