We stopped by for a family lunch. Everyone left full, happy and pleasantly surprised by the modest price tag.

We went here to have a more low key dinner on our honeymoon and get away from the pricey Wailea spots. First off, this place is byob which we thought was great so we came and enjoyed a bottle of champagne we had. The ambience here is cute and romantic, there's not really any great ocean views but its got romantic lighting and an Italian bistro feel to it. As far as food goes I ordered the maui cordon blue, it was just okay.. Did not wow me at all. The husband got the braised short ribs which I thought were tasty but not completely out of this world. I thought the service was pretty good. I hear this place is good for breakfast so we may visit in the future for that, and possibly give dinner another shot.

We had to search to find the 808 but it was well worth the search. Tucked into the back of a small mall this gem provides a lovely setting with a glimpse of the Ocean. We were greeted by friendly folks who made us feel most welcome. The 808 has a special menu, served between 5:00 and 6:00p.m. It features a three course meal with choices of appetizers, entree and dessert. The portions are very large and the quality of the food is excellent! Lea and Kim provided excellent service giving us plenty of time to enjoy this great meal. Try the 808 Restaurant for an enjoyable experience!

My husband and I went to 808 Bistro and we had a good time. Some nice info, the restaurant doesn't have alcohol license so you have to take your own beverages if you want! The crab appetizer was awesome and also de ginger mahi...the rib with barbecue also good! But the rice and mashed potato not that good.

We ate there twice. Its a little pricy but not as much as some of the alternatives. Nice live (gentle) music on the patio seating area.
