Description: Recently featured on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. Chefs. Surfers. Friends. Travis Morrin, Cody Christopher, and Jaron Blosser discovered they share a fanatic enthusiasm for surf while working together at a top local restaurant six years ago. While surfing together around Maui they dreamt up the idea to start their own catering business using their regarded culinary school training and experience so they could surf whenever they wanted. Three's Catering was launched in 2009 using a rented warehouse and their old trucks. In a few short months, their unexpected success had them looking for permanent kitchen space, and they opened a restaurant in the current Three's Bar & Grill location in Kihei's Kalama Village where their menu has evolved incorporating the three chefs' three cuisines - Hawaiian, Southwestern and Pacific Rim. Three's is all about great food with locally sourced ingredients, creating memories, and the casual island lifestyle that these friends enjoy everyday.

A fun place. We usually ask to sit outside on the deck and just order pupus (appetizers) and cocktails. On certain nights there is live entertainment outside and it's good :-) Two faves - the green dragon roll and the kaula pig quesadilla. But most everything is delish.

All four of us had great memories of last year's visit. The waitress was attentive, but the food had neither the preparation nor quality for the price. It's off our list.

We came across this place in the afternoon as we were walking through Kalama Village and decided to return for dinner. Our party of 6 was seated on the patio under the huge tree covered in twinkly lights. Great ambiance. Started the night with cocktails from their menu and enjoyed the atmosphere!

The live music was lovely. A guy singing acoustic versions of recent mellow hits was nice during dinner.

The menu offers all sorts of things. I had macadamia nut crusted chicken with homemade slaw on the side. It was sooo good and not expensive. The service was friendly, helpful and quick. The food was presented very nicely and kinda fancy!!! One of the best meals I had on vacation.

I like that they offer either a regular (huge) dessert menu or the smaller $3 menu when you just need something sweet to finish the meal! Nice touch!

Would definitely return to this place.

The food and ambiance are great - courteous staff and great selection of cocktails. Outside seating under the big trees with the guitar music in the background was the highlight of the evening. Is not a fancy place but worth the money.

We had a great time with the bartender John! Then we moved out to the deck and our waiter Brady was terrible! The bus boy was more attentive and helpful. He helped make the experience great!
