Its a little pricey. We paid close to $35. The fish is good, though. Overheard people raving about the clam chowder. It looked good, and was served in a big bowl.

“Perfect !”

We loved this place! Wonderful fresh fish, reasonable price, friendly service, located conveniently on s Kihei road mall with outdoor seating.
All seats here are communal tables so we made friends with some very nice people. Very casual so come as you are, swimsuit & all & walk a block to the beach & watch the glorious sunset (sigh)!!!

“good food”
Reviewed February 9, 2014

We stopped here for lunch. The food was very good but the fish was overcooked in the tacos and my ono was overcooked. When fish is overcooked it becomes rubbery and chewy. The staff was great and friendly. The sauces used for the tacos were very good. The prices were fair.

“worth the drive”
Reviewed February 8, 2014

I have never had fish tacos before, but thanks to the many great reviews, I decided this was the time and place. It is a long drive from our resort in Ka'anapali but there were also some stores in Kehei that I wanted to visit. Finding this restaurant was a bonus and made it worth the drive! As others mention - you need lots of napkins! The fish taco has such a great blend of flavours - wasabi, mango, tomato, cole slaw, and more - that it is hard to pin it down to a specific geographic genre. Let's just call it "Maui cuisine"! Hubby had the breaded calamari and wished he had ordered the tacos. Very generous portions and I, who generally can't finish all that is set in front of me, ate it all!

“Very good”
Reviewed February 7, 2014

We stopped in after a round of golf. The Sauces and preparation was excellent. The fish in the fish tacos and grilled ono was overcooked and on the dry side. The Coleslaw and fries were excellent. The prices were very fair.
