Had a great time on this tour. Delphine the owner/ operator really knows Maui and all of the birds that are able to be seen. We saw almost 30 species including 4 species of rare Hawaiian Honeycreepers. Her knowledge of all the locations and various ecosystems on Maui and fun personality all contributed to an excellent trip. Nice comfortable roomy tour van. There were even a couple of people on this trip that weren't necessarily birders and they still had a great time. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Maui's natural wildlife.

This was a great day trip. We not only saw a handful of new birds but we also saw a lot of beautiful Maui landscape and learned neat history and folklore. Delphine is certainly knowledgable and a very friendly tour guide. I would most certainly recommend this tour to any bird enthusiast.

We really wanted to see Haleakala and only had one day to do so, so we decided to book a tour to get in as much as we could. We weren't disappointed! Delphine was a great guide that was very flexible and helped weave cultural and natural history into the tour. We were in a mixed group with a family with young children, but she was prepared for it all. The snacks and lunch were delicious and well timed. We got to see a number of birds, despite it being a general hiking tour. Delphine also taught me a few plants along the trail when she learned about my interest. The hikes were relatively easy which was nice for a couple of flat landers at that elevation. I wish we could have had more time to book a second tour. Thank you!
