First off, it IS loud. Not so loud that you can't talk, but loud. Second, the food was average - we had the fish special, and while the flavor was good the fish was a bit over cooked. The side salad had so much dressing it drowned the greens out, and the flat bread with gluten free bread was again, tasty but dry. We felt like it was a decent meal, and we only had a few items, but it didn't blow our socks off.

We tried for days to eat here and finally managed on our last day on the island. Well worth it - the food is wonderful and the portions large. The dining room is loud, making conversation a bit challenging, but otherwise the experience was positive.

We loved this place. We ate 3 suppers here during our stay. You need to make reservations or arrive early or be prepared to wait...one night we opted for take out as the line up was well out the door. Two nights I ate fish, it was cooked to perfection and the side dishes were excellent. The potatoes were amazing- not sure what they did- but wow! I loved the quinoa dish and I had no trouble navigating through my gluten aversion during any of our meals. We had great service each meal although we do like to linger, relax and we don't eat at a rushed pace. We also like a restaurant with a lot of life, so it is noisy and full of hustle and bustle and we love that type of energy. We felt the price point was fair for the amount and quality of food. We really enjoyed this restaurant for our evening meals.

Do not eat hear if you are a vegetarian. We ordered the artichoke/brussel dish, THE SERVER told us it was vegetarian. I didn't feel well after eating and re-read the menu to see that it has pork in it. The restaurant was super cold, and really loud. We actually changed our table as we were seated in the middle of the restaurant and could not even talk to eachother due to the noise. Our server never checked on our meal, I had to get up from the table to ask him for things. The quinoa/eggplant was terrible. It was so oily, not much quinoa and the veggies were average. Also, the side salad was so average and boring. The green tea was awful as well. I like in Kihei and we were looking forward to try somewhere else but this restaurant is sooo bad, I can not recommend it to anyone. Do not go here.
