I had a one night stay here before moving to Ka'anapali Beach, and it was SO not worth it. The entire place smelt like rotting garbage, the staff were rude when I first arrived (continued to gossip with each other and paid no attention to me for about 2 minutes - I just stood there), there is NO beach, the pool is disgusting and the "bar and restaurant" is a joke. They're only open 2 nights a week! Carpets in the halls are dirty, rooms are outdated. I really could go on. Avoid at all costs!

Our crew appreciates the local atmosphere and true aloha from the employee's. In Addition, we appreciate them going the extra mile to turn in things left behind. Cheryl Dicenzo and staff are exceptional and a very familiar face to work with.

We stayed at another hotel in kahului prior, and were treated as if we were "no priority" and our room was stuffy and reiked of a prior guest sweat. So we expected the same from all of the hotels. Maui beach hotel made

I travel to Maui every other week for business. At a great price you will get from the Maui Beach Hotel: friendly service, convenient location, clean facilities. In comparison to other hotels on Maui, the quality of the hotel at the price offered is a great deal.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The shuttle driver is friendly and helpful. Those are the only three good things I can say. There is no bar or restaurant except on Saturday night and it is not like you are in an area where you can stroll to a selection of places. They have a run down sister ship along the road called Maui Seaside which has a mediocre eatery. There are no pool towels. The air conditioning unit sounds like a jumbo jet. I requested a slightly later check out as our flight doesn't leave until 6.30 pm. Even though the place is half empty, I was informed the charge would be $34. I wouldn't recommend that you book here. It feels devoid of care for guests needs. There were a group of men outside our window talking all night and no staff member requested they be quiet, so we got no sleep. Very un- Aloha in most respects.

Room Tip: The view is of stacked up Matson containers on the side of the bay. This hotel was booked for us by...

The hotel is located in Wailuku and is convenient if you have business in town. We were attending a graduation ceremony so we decided to stay here. The hotel is showing its age and is need of an update. The restaurant is not open all the time and the food is average. The rooms are clean but everything is old and in need of replacement. The bathroom was in terrible shape and the shower was stained and extremely small. They even charge you $5.00 dollars for parking which is unnecessary as there is a bunch of parking adjacent to the hotel. Internet access is available but not free. Will take a pass on this hotel the next time as there is a newer property next to the airport.

I stayed one night for business and found the room clean and spacious. There was no desk chair, but a call to the front desk brought a chair to my room within 5 minutes. I was not expecting a luxury hotel, the Maui Beach is a little worn, but the price was reasonable for Kahului and the staff was friendly and very professional. There is no bath in the shower, but the rain shower head was a nice surprise. If you prefer bar soap to liquid, bring your own. The soap and shampoo/conditioner is all liquid in large dispensers, but had a nice light scent. I will definitely stay here again.
