the tour does not permit computers or phones but does allow I pads, go figure? We had the pleasure of sharing our flight with a person who insisted on using an I pad to video record the trip. The unfortunate result was that often we found ourselves looking at an I pad rather than the scenery. I did call to complain and received a generous offer of a refund for the cost of a video of the trip which we accepted. The video would not play on either of my two players though it did play on my home computer. Subsequent phone calls have yet to result in a satisfactory resolution to this problem. the pilot was knowledgeable and courteous as was the support staff.
We're very sorry to hear about your experience with us. As a company we are always changing with the times, along the way we find out what works and doesn't work. iPad's are pretty new, so although we hate hearing your disappointment we appreciate you pointing this out. We now DO NOT allow iPads on any of our flights, we do and have always allowed phones as long as they are on airplane mode.
As for the your DVD, we are in the process of updating our DVD making system. And are working out the bumps along the way. We apologize for the series of unfortunate events. And hope you return to fly with us again.
