Your GPS device will probably lead you to the large parking space behind the building. You can gain entrance to the Restaurant both from Kaahumanu Avenue, where a large awning with the sign Bistro Casanova will guide you from the parking stalls to the front door, and from Lono Avenue, where a large sign shows the entrance from its main address: 33 Lono Avenue. In both cases, you'll have no problem in finding parking, day or night time. See you inside, where you'll be able to choose a table in the air conditioned dining rooms or "al fresco", in the lanai. Bistro Casanova awards winning cuisine is often recognized as the best option for a memorable meal in busy Kahului, before or after a trip to the airport or a show in nearby theaters and movies houses. Since 2009 Bistro Casanova is a very popular destination because of its tapas, pastas, steaks and fresh seafood. Discover why.

The Bestro Casanova has been our regular place to go out in Kahului for years now. The best happy hour and reasonable prices all night long. The tapas are great and give you a nice option to sample numerous things.

We decided to try Bistro Casanova for our last meal in Maui before heading to the airport. We were there for happy hour. The $5 carafes were a great deal, and the food and service were great! Our waitress, Kara, was very friendly, efficient and professional. We enjoyed the Up Country salad, and then shared theTrofie al pesto with scallops and the Mahi Mahi special. Both meals were excellent! The fish and scallops were cooked perfectly. A wonderful finish to a wonderful stay in Maui! Mahalo! Definitely recommend!!

Our visit to Bistro Casanova was on a Monday evening and things were busy and noisy,
Apparently many people stop for food, drinks, or just to socialize before going to plays at nearby venues. This Monday was no different.
Service seemed a little slow, but acceptable knowing why so many people were there. We were entertained by one gentleman(?), whose laugh would have awakened Hamlet.
However the food was well worth waiting for.
Some excellent Clam chowder, $6 per bowl, started a very good meal. Two in our group had, what they described as outstanding, Lobster Salads ($16), I enjoyed some superb Tagliatelle Bolognese , while our other companion had Capellini Checca with Shrimp.
To say that we were full at the end of the meal would be an understatement.
One suggestion would be to be sure to make reservations, unless you want t o arrive at 4 PM, the start of Happy Hour.
There are less expensive Italian restaurants in Kahului, but sometimes you just need to splurge and celebrate.

Love the lunch and the appetizers at happy hour! This place rocks! Staff is outstanding! First class service. Menu items outstanding and full of variety! I had an Angus steak salad and others had items like the duck, pizza and nacho place. Everyone raved. I have been here twice.
