Your GPS device will probably lead you to the large parking space behind the building. You can gain entrance to the Restaurant both from Kaahumanu Avenue, where a large awning with the sign Bistro Casanova will guide you from the parking stalls to the front door, and from Lono Avenue, where a large sign shows the entrance from its main address: 33 Lono Avenue. In both cases, you'll have no problem in finding parking, day or night time. See you inside, where you'll be able to choose a table in the air conditioned dining rooms or "al fresco", in the lanai. Bistro Casanova awards winning cuisine is often recognized as the best option for a memorable meal in busy Kahului, before or after a trip to the airport or a show in nearby theaters and movies houses. Since 2009 Bistro Casanova is a very popular destination because of its tapas, pastas, steaks and fresh seafood. Discover why.

“Disappointing, expected better”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

I usually go to this restaurant for dinner because it is consistently good food and service. This time my husband and I decided to try it for lunch. I have had about everything on the menu and noticed there were some new savory crepes added so decided to try the Mediterranean style. I was not very hungry and asked the waitress how large was the single crepe, she suggested perhaps the double order would be best. Out comes the plate completely full with two huge crepes. Well, there are always doggie bags. The crepes were bare, no sauce and no garnish. The filling was a small amount of feta, red peppers and two baby artichoke halves. The chokes were so hard it was a struggle to cut them with a knife. I hate to send food back so I kept cutting the artichoke hoping it would become pliable. The flavor was good but not a good experience. I left the second crepe on my plate and told the waitress my woes. She came back with the bill, no adjustment. We really do like the Bistro but this was so beneath them that I hope it is not a trend.

“last stop before the airport”
Reviewed November 6, 2013

We went here after researching a decent restaurant to have dinner at before heading home, and had a great dinner and service here. Our waitress was great, and the food delicious. We both had a pasta and scallop dish and white wine, and it was plenty to eat, and the wine good. It was a busy night, so I am glad I made reservations! Will go there again if back on Maui. Good way to end a wonderful week. Aloha!

My husband and I enjoyed happy hour and a great meal before leaving Maui for the mainland. The service was good and it was a convenient stop before going to the airport.

“Fantastic pre-airport happy hour”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

We had a late (9:40pm) flight to the mainland and were looking for a nice spot to have dinner between our Costco stop (gas and souvenirs) and the airport. Bistro Casanova fit the bill nicely. Their happy hour was one of the best I've seen, with $5 carafes of house wine, margaritas, and mojitos (we tried the red and white wine options and both were decent). The tortellini appetizer with pancetta, peas, and blush vodka sauce was a total winner. The entrees were fine (we had ravioli and tagliatelle bolognese). Friendly and prompt service.

“Great Place for Drinks & Dinner”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

Great Happy Hour from 5-6PM and great food for dinner. Highly recommend. The Ahi Tempura, Calamari, Lobster Salad, and Ahi Martini are fantastic. Mojitos, Red and White wine carafes are a real deal as are other happy hour specials. A really cool hang out for drinks and dinner. Highly recommend!
