They make a big deal about the largest heiau being here, but the truth is there's no good vantage point from the garden, so it just looks like a very tall black wall. I have no doubt it's impressive, but for $10 per person to get into this garden, I'd like to get a better view of it. Surely there must be a way to do that, some kind of platform that could be built next to it, that would allow a better view without causing damage to the ancient structure. As for the rest of the garden, all the plants are labeled and they have a very good variety. But I really think the $10 per person is highway robbery for what you actually get to see. It's just not worth a stop, not at that price.
