“Great place to see the waves”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

Nice short trail off of the kapiolani Loop. Parking for about 10 cars. Be very careful especially in winter as waves can be erratif and deadly. 28 haves perished here. The views and surf is incredible. You do not need to go in the bath to experience the ocean down there. Well worth doing.

“Great ocean views and waves - not swimming”
Reviewed December 30, 2012

Great views of the ocean and waves. Due to currents and surge, this is not a good place to get into the ocean unless you know what you are doing. Beware of sleeper waves.

“Lovely... but step carefully.”
Reviewed December 27, 2012

Lovely scenery and an enchanting rock formation that forms the "bath"... but watch your footing on wet days. This trail can be REALLY slick.

“Not to be missed!”
Reviewed December 25, 2012

We always recommend friends and visitors to go to Queen's Bath ... it's a little bit of a hike, but past a waterfall and along the ocean, so beautiful. Go when it's reasonably calm. Please be considerate of others in using the place, there is limited parking in a residential area and it can get crowded.

Fantastic experience, the ocean rushes in and out, there are lots of fish you can see easily. It's deep and wide and the water is reasonably comfortable temperature most of the year. No cost, even locals go and love it.

“Can get crowded”
Reviewed December 20, 2012

Beautiful views, can get crowded since it's no longer a "secret" spot. Take you time on the way down, it can get slippery as others suggested. We were able to scale down the rocks closers to the edge and see big sea turtles - unforgettable!
