I went here for lunch when I was visiting my aunt and uncle. We wanted to see where they had gotten married and went to lunch. $17 for a burger! They were snooty and right away stalked us on way in to eat. There were only tops 10 people in the pool and the hotel people were on our tails. It was horrid. If you eat there and pay that extravagant fee you should be able to use the pool. Give me a break!

The view is amazing and the service and staff make it worth every dollar. The drinks and food are pricy but exceptional. They have a lot of small plates and sushi available in the bar. We actually went two nights in row for dinner and drinks on the patio, it was that good. Also, you can easily valet your car which makes this a convenient option as well. I really cannot stress enough how unbelievable the view is at sunset, you just have to go and see it for yourself.

It's a tradition that we watch the sunset in Princeville from the St Regis balcony. The atmosphere is wonderful and we do it a couple of times every trip. The upside is the view, atmosphere and the staff is great. The drinks are very expensive but tasty. Unfortunately this last trip, the food was very expensive and not very good We come to this spot knowing the food and drinks are overprices, and we are OK with that because it's worth it for the experience, but on our last visit, the cost did push the outer limits of our tolerance.

The St. Regis has a great bar with a lively atmosphere. They had live music and dancers the night we were there. There are couches, chairs, and a bar to choose seating from. Bring your checkbook though, as drinks and food are pricey! Everything we got was delicious though, so it was worth the price for a fun night out. We dressed up a bit and seemed to fit right in to the upperclass crowd.

If you get in on a Thursday night - this is about the only place to have dinner. Not that exciting - mostly bar food. The main restaurant has a Luau and you might not be up to that on the day you arrive (or ever if you aren't the Luau type).
