We went to the side accessed from the private path from Pali Ke Kua, not the St Regis. It's a very pretty and private beach with shade trees and large black rocks for interest. The sand is fairly coarse and deep which can make it difficult to walk. The path down is very steep and provides quite a workout on the way back up. There are excellent views of Bali Hai. The snorkeling and swimming are good in the summer but can be very dangerous in winter and early spring.

...just_so_naturally_gorgeous! Surfers love this beach for its consistency and warmth. Fallen coconuts abound along with lower-lying climbable trees. It's a quiet beach with few people. No one seems to know it's there but the surfers.

This is a really great little beach where you will see a lot of fish if you're into snorkeling. You have to hike down a cliff, but it takes only about five minutes. The beach is small and secluded so you may be the only ones there. It's one of our favorites because we live in Princeville so it's only a short walk away.

Our stumbled across this beach on our own by accident 3 years ago. We wanted to walk around the St. Regis, but didn't want to pay for parking. We found a parking spot at a small lot before the St. Regis. We saw people walking down a small path and decided to follow them instead. Best decision we made on that trip! After 10 minutes of walking down some steep dirt steps, while holding onto a thin rope, you come to a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by two walls of lava rock. There are a lot of shade trees and not too many people there! We loved it so much we came back the following year and got married at this beach! Now we always go back to visit and it will always remain our favorite beach on the island!
