My husband and I first stayed at this property in 2014. We enjoyed the house and its location so much that we went back for a 2 week stay in October 2015. We spent our time with another couple; the two large master suites upstairs offered lots of privacy. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with utensils - came in handy as we liked to take advantage of the locally grown meats and produce. We served dinner on the patio, enjoying the fantastic sunset view over the golf course and the ocean beyond. The living room and family room are spacious with nice sofas, TV, music...etc, very conducive for us to gather for drinks, conversations, or to curl up and watch movies. There're also quiet corners - private balconies accessed via the master suites, cozy window seats, and chairs tucked away in the garden - plenty of opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet. The pool is beautiful - shaped like a lagoon surrounded by brilliant tropical blooms and a gently bubbling waterfall. It's one of our favorite places to hang-out. The house is a retreat yet conveniently located. We snorkeled at Poipu Beach, visited restaurants with stunning views, shopped at Farmer's Market, and picked up nice selections from the Old Town Koloa wine shop - all just a few minutes' drive away. By the end of our stay, the house felt like home and we're already looking forward to our return next year!
