After two weeks in Hawaii my friends and I had our last dinner at Keoki's Paradise in Poipu. It was recommended by one of the shop owners in Koloa Town. What a great choice. We ate on the right side of the restaurant - more of the bar side. Outdoor seating with gorgeous tropical plants and trees surrounding the patio. Started with a farmers market salad that was the best salad I've ever had in Hawaii.....the secret was the likikoi vinaigrette. Dinner was Kushiyaki - tender and juicy teriyaki chicken and beef tenderloin over rice. Did I mention how wonderful the bread basket was....well there were fresh dinner rolls plus out of this world good carrot muffins!!! Great staff. Perfect ending to a vacation in paradise.
P.S. What's a meal in Kauai without rooster sightings? Enjoyed watching the roosters until we saw one eat another one's tail feather. Waiter had warned us that roosters were mean...LOL
