Very similar to Whole Foods concept. Some good prepared foods. Loved the bread and pastries, especially the pineapple upside-down cake. Pretty good selection of cheeses. There are a few tables outside if you want to eat there.

Run through this market and get your snacks and munchies for your trip. Grab some fresh Ahi and soy/wasabi and have home made sushi in your room. Their prices are VERY reasonable and the staff is friendly.

If you're a Whole Foods junkie and can't function outside its environs, perhaps you'll take to this very non-essential, grossly overpriced place in an otherwise pretty inoffensive newish group of shops on Poipu. Otherwise avoid and buy the Knudsen juices you crave at Big Save in Koloa Town for minimum $3 less a bottle.

We ate breakfast and bought groceries here during our week-long stay. They even sell ready to eat organic roast chickens and freshly baked gluten free bread! The fresh bread goes quickly though, so make sure you call to reserve a loaf if you need it. The desserts were delicious too! They did have some organic produce but the Harvest Market in Hanalei had more, and a wider variety.

There carrot cake was awesome. It was fully loaded with anything you needed. Found the place to be clean & excellent customer service.
