“Loved It”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

We really loved the condo. It was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and her friend! We were upgraded to a 3 berm which gave us plenty of space. The family rm had sliding doors on 2 walls that opened up completely to a wrap a round deck. Wow! We will be coming back. We also enjoyed the hot tub at the pool area,

Just returned from a family vacation--8 adults and 4 children in 3 units. The accommodations were superb--very comfortable, luxurious and well-stocked. The service was outstanding and friendly. I particularly want to recognize Lovey, Ashley and Jessica. They each in their own way went above and beyond for us at various times. We can't wait to go back.
I wish there was a shuttle to the beach although we did not have a problem with parking close to the Sheraton/Kiahuna beach. Not sure if that would be the case during the summer.
It is handy to have the small market and cafe in the main building. It would be helpful to know how/if able to get meal/beverage service while at the pool. Also the pool shack was great!
I will highly recommend KL to my friends.

Room Tip: Bldgs 2 & 3 are close to the pool. Ground floor units are particularly good for small children w...

We have seen the rest and while they may have charm, everything about KL made our vacation better. Pool was lovely and never very crowded. Fitness center was 24 hrs and also never crowded. Plenty of fresh towels, great internet connection.
They did not have a finished spa at the time but we had some of the best massages in an outdoor canvas cabana. Audra and Heather from Hawaiian Rainforest Spa were worth every penny.
It is not on the water but we walked with our stroller the 10 minutes there every morning. The hotels on the water with their own beaches did not appeal to me as theywere lined with chairs and people. I preferred driving 5 minutes to less crowded ones with my family.
Lovey sang a Hawaiian song to my daughter and housekeeping worked around her nap schedule.
I read some of the poor reviews and thought those people are nuts. Hey, can't pkease everyone but I will continue recommending this resort to all of my Hawaii bound friends.

Room Tip: I asked to not see the construction and voila! No construction

The resort exceeded my expectations on luxury. Everything was top quality, from the furnishings and cabinetry to the service and staff. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed, other than my own. Even the necklaces you get when you arrive were beautiful and something you want to keep forever.
The villas are gorgeous and huge. We'd all gather around for breakfast every morning and it felt like this was our home, but in paradise! We would keep the sliding doors open all day and the island breeze was refreshing. The resort and staff did a great job at bringing Kauai and luxury together. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Koloa Landing is the premier Kauai destination. If you are interested in luxurious living, beautiful views, spacious lanais and the best location in all of Hawaii, look no further. Koloa Landing is a brand new resort on the southern tip of Kauai, where the is lots of sun and less rain than any other part of Kauai. Small town feel, but still good restaurants. Don't miss Merriman's Fish House, Poipu, Kauai, simply the best.

Room Tip: Ask for an Ocean view, top floor unit.

We brought 7 of our family and stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. It was wonderful for everyone from great grandma who loved sitting on the lanai and watching the whales spout, to our 3 year old grandson who played for hours in the pool. Everyone enjoyed the deluxe accommodations, the fitness center, the two beautiful pools, the golf putting green, the soccer area, plus it was just a few minute walk to the beach.

We saved a ton by picking up food at Costco and eating breakfast and lunch in the world class kitchen/dining area in our condo.

It was a 5 minute walk to several great restaurants at the new Kikui Ula Shopping Center, and was centrally located between two shopping centers. We cooked salmon, steaks, and chicken on the grilles available poolside.

It is the best value for families looking for deluxe accommodations at prices similar to hotel rooms without kitchens and in condo laundries.

I think it is Kauai's best kept secret!

Room Tip: Rooms around the pools are all great
