Description: On the sand at Kalapaki Beach, Duke’s is dedicated to legendary surfer Duke Kahanamoku, Hawaii’s Ambassador of Aloha. The restaurant’s open-air design offers stunning, sweeping ocean views while the 30 foot waterfall plunges into a koi pond below that meanders through the tables. Enjoy a leisurely lunch, romantic dinner, or tropical cocktail in a fun, friendly atmosphere.

Dukes Canoe club is in the Marriott but you enter at the back of the property if driving in. There is valet service then you walk a short path to Dukes. This place is pretty big and was busy on a sunday night. The food was good, although the salad bar was a little skimpy for me. Our entrees were excellent and my wife, who usually declines a fish entree really liked hers. Their signature dessert Hula Pie is not a pie but rather a huge wedge of ice cream with fudge, macadamia pieces and whipped cream. It was good though! There is lots of memorabilia about Duke Koanamaku (sp?) to see and is worth the trip.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful dinner after arriving from a very long flight from the mainland. Great selection of tropical drinks which gives you that island feeling. Service was very good and our waiter knew the history of the Duke's Family, very interesting. Fresh fish specials all sounded good.

Duke's is a great place to eat with a fabulous view of the Kalapaki Beach. Been to Duke's in Malibu and Maui and this one has the best view. Food is great but expensive. Good service with friendly wait staff.

We love to eat here. The fish is always so fresh and amazing. The salad bar is fantastic as well. You must have Hula Pie for dessert!

We were out swimming but had to come in from the rain... found a table at Duke's and ordered the massive pineapple Mai Thai, and it was delish! And the novelty was quite nice as well!
