This restaurant had the fanciest Hawaiian drinks on the island. Those alone are worth the trip, with the hula pie a close second. The food here is really good and the portions are healthy. We ate there twice and enjoyed it both times; unfortunately, the salad bar is closed until dinner. This is an expensive restaurant even by kaui standards, and there is a wait to get your food. But the location is on a lovely beach and the coi pond is impressive. The atmosphere gives you a good tropical feeling. There are lots of friendly doves there that will eat your crumbs. They were a great asset to the enjoyment of my dining experience.
