Our kitchen uses only the freshest, seasonal ingredients supporting our local farmers and fishermen. Our 67-acre sustainable farm provides much of the produce and herbs used in our dishes and cocktails. Best Sunday brunch I've had in a while! Make sure you bookmark this spot! Just look at their menu and you'll start to drool over the dishes offered.

The brunch ($29.95) includes one entree choice from a list of 3-4 items they provide. I opted for the ahi benedict (very good). It also includes juice and/or coffee and all you can eat buffet items in the room next to the dining area. These were SO DELICIOUS! I usually avoid buffets bc of freshness, but this one didn't have that problem. They had different mini stations, including a cheese, salmon, and crackers one, hearty dishes such as eggs and sausages, and a dessert table. The fruit selection was pretty good too. It is fairly small but more than enough options to make it worth the cost. I must have filled at least 3 plates and ate all of it.

They have live music in the morning until around 1 or so. It's very serene and a beautiful place to come with family or even a date! I also enjoyed the fact that it was inside of a mansion. As soon as we walked in, we were given a mini tour and map. When we were done eating (which could take a while bc you won't want to leave) we toured the rooms upstairs. Though honestly I forgot we were exploring bc the rooms were turned into stores and no longer have much of a resemblance to a house.

There are plenty of photo opps outside too. Make sure you check out the rum factory next door. Get there before 2:30 so you can sign up for the free tastings.

This place is amazing! A serene environment mixed with wonderful food & serve = an experience worth sharing about! I ordered the ahi poke, not knowing it came with tomatoes. I can't have tomatoes. The waitress was going to exchange my meal, but she saw my excitement of the meal coming in a coconut half. The chef made me some poke without the tomatoes. :-) Boy, was it yummy! The grounds are well kept, with water trickling in the background. Open air seating keeps the island atmosphere. Great experience that we will come back to. Mahalo!

Thank Brian J

Setting on plantation with pre-dinner train ride to see trees, fruit, flowers growing was cool for our Keikis. The bar at Gaylord's with it's rich history (see photos, and piano player), then the great setting to eat a fabulous dinner out on the patio near sunset....just is awesome. The General Manager take the time to check up on us and make sure all guests are having a great experience. We definitely recommend dining here!

We had lunch here the day we arrived in Kauai and found the food to be fabulous and atmosphere to be perfect to welcome us to the Island. Diverse menu and good portions. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. I'd highly recommend Gaylord's for lunch or dinner.

We stopped here for lunch and were very glad we did. We had a little bit of a wait, which was strange since there were plenty of empty tables, but perhaps they were short staffed? Not sure, but regardless, it's a beautiful place and a great setting to enjoy a meal. It's all outdoor and covered and we were treated to a lovely Kauai rain shower while we waited for our food. Where we were sitting we didn't even need to move as we were not getting wet at all. Service is friendly, and at a nice leisurely pace...not too hurried, but not too slow either. My husband had the Kilohana burger and I had the rueben, and for dessert we had the plantation pie and the bread pudding. It was all incredible. The kids had the fish and chips and loved it as well. A little on the pricey side (as a lot of places here are) but the quality of the food and the gorgeous setting more than justifies it.
