Owner description: Newly renovated Ocean Course winds its way through mango and guava groves to dramatic seaside cliffs and exceptional ocean views. The longest oceanfront golf in all of Hawaii! MSN Travel called the Ocean Course one of the world's twelve most beautiful courses. It's little wonder that the list of accolades for this Jack Nicklaus Signature track is as long as its string of holes that hug the Pacific. The Ocean Course offers the longest and most continuous stretch of oceanfront golf in all of Hawaii. It is a certain highlight of every visit. Recently renovated all 18 holes are in fabulous shape. Future enhancements include a welcoming new clubhouse on the inland waterway overlooking the 9th hole, along with a world-class practice facility. Both promise to take your game, and your vacation, to the next level.

I enjoyed this course so much. It was beautiful, with just the right amount of challenge. I think I played my best game yet on this course.

The day we went they had a huge storm halfway through the round, which for Hawaii that can happen. So we got turned around and couldn't find our way back, they came looking for us but kind of gave up which is strange because the carts have GPS. When we did get back to the snack shack it was still storming and they wouldn't come and get us, we were soaked!!! When we got back to the clubhouse they wouldn't even drive me back to my car or offer any free golf for our trouble. Terrible service and way too high priced. Puakea is a better deal.

You will be wowed with some of these holes. Take a lot of old balls with you because you will loose a few.

This course has three 9 hole courses and we played it on two different days so we could try all of them. The first round was more difficult so the next time we played our favorite 9 and tried the other as well. Very nice course to play with lots of choices. Woould defintely go back, but try not to go on Cruise Ship days!

This course has such a gorgeous setting, it's hard to keep your focus on golf. There are some challenging holes and the entire course is really picturesque, with carved white marble animal sculptures illustrating the name of each hole (like the Golden Bear at the 18th).
