I wish there was a Fish Express on each Hawaiian island we've visited so far. What a great surprise. At first, you come to the place uncertain of what you'll get, as the joint looks small and nothing fancy. Then you realize it's really crowded in there, and trust us, not (only) because of the lack of space. Like for tapas in Spain: crowd is a good sign. Service is really nice. Do not hesitate to ask for help with tasting. And then, you eat it... Fresh poke, brilliant tuna, amazing marinades, great fish dishes. All so fresh, even the kids loved it ! Lovers of fresh fish and tuna, don't miss this place !
