Air Ventures Hawaii provided absolutely the highest levels of safety, friendliness, professionalism, reliability, and great communication.
I have seen Air Ventures flying out of Lihue and looked forward to booking a tour with my family. We had a blast and it was one of the highlights of our visit to Kauai. From booking/reserving, payment, website, and communication everything was simple and direct. Our check-in with Trish was easy and we felt welcome immediately. Our pilot Nate introduced himself and was very friendly; he took the time to make sure he knew all of our names, took pictures, assisted with any questions, and conducted a comprehensive briefing. The airplane was clean, well equipped, and squared away. We had complete confidence in the operation.
The tour itself was wide ranging, flexible, informative, and flat-out spectacular. We were able to see the entire island, and Nate took care to operate the airplane with smoothness and an aim to provide views to all passengers. He delivered on that and more. Nate was able answer all of our questions and we learned about Kauai, the land, the sea, the rivers, the mountains, and the people. Very knowledgeable! The views that Air Ventures Hawaii provides are as good or perhaps much better than a helicopter tour at a great value for a family. I would give Air Ventures Hawaii my strongest recommendation.
I am serving customers every day in my job, and I know the many challenges one can encounter when trying to deliver your best service. That said, our experience with Nate, Trish, and Air Ventures Hawaii was one of the best service experiences I’ve had the privilege of receiving. I know how hard they worked to get it done, and sincerely appreciate their efforts. It’s not easy. We appreciate the effort.

Excellent trip to look around and see the nature of Kauai that most people don’t get to see. It was a little cloudy that day but that made it even more awe striking. Young Caleb did an excellent job of keeping us safe while showing us the island.
Well worth the money.
