We stopped in here for a quick breakfast on our way to a north shore snorkel tour.
They had several pastry options and three breakfast pastry options that were filled with bacon eggs and cheese. We got two of these and a croissaint. Everything was very tasty even if it was a bit on the greasy side. Sadly they did not have chocolate croissants available. Service was quick and friendly, coffee was good as well

My favorite? Whole Wheat Bagel w/ Cream Cheese & Olive Tapenade. The Green Jade smoothie is AMAZING!!!

Kilauea Bakery has what you would expect from a bakery, but adds island flavors. So, for example, they have a guava macaroon. It was good. The coffee wasn't quite as good as the baked goods.

We waited a solid hour for a vegan pizza that was nothing more than a regular pizza with a few shreds of Daiya cheese thrown on it. All for $40! While I appreciate a restaurant providing a vegan pizza option on the menu, this is a weak and lazy attempt. I could have made my own vegan pizza with some pre-packaged Daiya cheese bought at the health store down the street, in less than 20 minutes. I was very disappointed that this place didn't make their own tofu cheese. Why go out to eat when you can get the same product at home? I make my own soy-cheese at home that is better. It's not hard to do. They should at least advertise on their menu that their soy cheese is Daiya. Had i known that, i never would have bought it. Cannot speak for their regular real cheese pizzas, but if you are vegan, don't waste your money here. Atmosphere is nothing to speak of, btw. My advice: Call ahead and get it to go.

Really tasty salads and pizza. Nice picnic style setup for eat in. Self service was fine, though it would be a little nicer if they brought your food out to you.
