This boat trip is most enjoyable since you will spend most of the trip along the Na pali coast. The full duration of the trip does not exceed 4 hours. The captain and his crew were super friendly and we had a wonderful day. My husband did not feel well towards the end of our journey and the crew handled this very discreetly. The turkey sandwiches and snacks were outstanding. This coast line must be one of the most beautiful you will see in your lifetime.

Our experience with Napali Sea Breeze Tours was terrible. I can't vouch for the actual tour because we never got to go on it. We scheduled this tour for a honeymoon outing a week in advance and were never informed of their "24 hour cancellation" policy nor is it posted on their website. We called Janet to let her know that we were running late for our tour which was scheduled at 7:00. She did not answer and when we called back a half hour later, she SCREAMED at me that the tour would not wait for us and we couldn't reschedule and they wouldn't refund our money. She then said she couldn't talk to us anymore because she needed to get ready for the tour and would call us back. As we scrambled to still try to get to the tour in time, she never called back and when we arrived at the tour address (which was apparently her home) she informed us that the boat had just left because WE didn't call her back and tell her to wait! WHAT!!! We had called twice and emailed that morning!

We are disputing the charges from this company with our credit company as we believe that not informing customers of their cancellation policy and still charging them is fraud. I have read other reviews from consumers with the same issue because of this “cancellation policy.” Beyond that, Janet is incredibly rude and degrading. She absolutely ruined this day of our honeymoon.

Ok, this isn't a cheap day but it is something you will remember forever. The only possible better way or different way to see this coastline is by air. We had a sort of hazy and misty day so the pictures and colors were kind of muted. It was still amazing! The staff and crew couldn't do enough for us. They had water, snacks, lunch that was turkey and pastrami sub sandwiches that were tasty, all of the snorkel gear that you needed and fresh water showers (cold only) after snorkeling. They had a dry storage locker and bags for towels, cameras etc. They went into several caves forwards or backwards which is unique to this type of smaller boat. The catamaran sail boats can not go into the caves due to their height. Everyone could see or get up and move to take pictures etc. They offered to let people go up front which was very wet from the sea spray but those that did that really enjoyed it. This is not a big operation, but it was customer friendly. We met in a parking lot of a plant nursery and were picked up by a van which took us to the boat a couple of minutes away at Anini beach. Thanks to Chris the captain and Brett the first mate and crowd pleaser. Tip: there are 2 companies that have a Captain Bob. This Bob has 2 boats-the one we went on and a fishing boat also. He sometimes goes out as the Captain but more often now is the background boss and organizer. From the comments on this site, that may be better. Chris was very helpful and informative throughout the trip. There is a bathroom down below but the boat has to slow down to use it-may be somewhat awkward. If you are going for the snorkeling-go in the morning. The snorkeling in the afternoon was very murky and one of the least favorable parts of the whole trip. We went in the PM because the pictures were supposed to be better, but it was rainy-can happen in the PM also.

My daughter and I took the trip last week. We had taken it back in 2009 and enjoyed it so much we decided to give it another go. The first time we had Cap'n Chris and this time Cap'n Ryan, with Mike as the crew both times. These guys are great. The boat itself is a really nice catamaran that only takes about 12-14 passengers. It is pretty laid back. The Cap'ns and crew are knowledgeable, helpful, provide good infomation, and take the time to answer any questions you may have.

You will see the Na Pali coast up close, go into sea caves, see waterfalls, beautiful valleys, and probably see lots of Spinner Dolphins.

We were given plenty of time to snorkel, and a lunch of well made, tasty, sandwiches with snacks, drinks, and pineapple was provided.

During the course of booking and taking the trip I also visited with Cap'n Bob (who runs Na Pali Sea Breeze), Janet, and Kelly. Everyone associated with Na Pali Sea Breeze is just first rate.

We are on our honeymoon and thought this trip would be fun (it was in one of the tour guides). I called early in the week and booked a trip for Friday. The woman says, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy - not particularly friendly but we book the reservation. On Wednesday morning, around 9 AM, I call to cancel because I read that the rides can be very bumpy and my husband gets motion sick very easily - which according to my calculation is within 48 hours. The woman says they have a 48 hour policy but will "allow" us to cancel. How kind of her. When I pointed out the fact that it was within 48 hours, without even so much an apology, she says, it's been cancelled. She was SO horribly rude!
