Used this hotel as a base camp while camping on Kauai. Chose it because it offered one of the best rates and because of its convenient location between the north and the south shores.
The room had a small kitchen (with an empty fridge, a microwave, a sink, a few dishes and a coffee maker) that we made good use of because we'd often leave or return outside of normal restaurant opening hours.
The coin-operated laundry room (3 working washing machines and 6 driers) was useful as well. There was free wireless Internet in the lobby (didn't test the networked Internet in the room). Used one of the computers in the lobby to print our boarding passes (for other use there would be a fee).
The room was quite nice and kept very clean (despite all the mud we kept bringing in). It was also quiet (no roosters on the hotel property), though the soundproofing didn't seem very good, so it might get a bit noisy when the hotel is more occupied.
Never had problems finding a parking spot -- except for one evening, where we just got the last free spot.More
