“Took too long for bagels ... but they were good”

Local place with many bagels, pastries and coffee options. Just took a little bit too long to get our food.

“Great local coffee place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 25, 2012 via mobile

One of the best lattes I have ever had! They also do not charge for soy milk:) We are on our honeymoon and looking for cool places that locals go to, this is it. My bagel was delicious and my husbands sticky bun was even better. Sit outside there is a nice breeze. There was also no line unlike the breakfast place down the street. Great place may come back again before we leave the island.

“Located in the Kauai crafts fair in Kapaa”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2012 via mobile

The crafts fair is nearly a ghost town these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a charming, pleasant, and well thought out coffee shop. Everything from the understated decor to the menu showed thought.

Try the oatmeal raisin cookies and buy a used book next door. Then sit and take your time reading and enjoying a latte at this hidden cafe.

“Ono!”

Great tea, coffee, juices, and service. Owner is wonderful and great venue to go hear some wonderful local music. BYOB. The only book store on the island with new books, too!

“Great Find”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2012 via mobile

We love this place. We found it by accident one morning on our way from our hotel (St Regis) to go scuba diving. What a find!!! The coffee is Amazing...quality beans ....handcrafted latte art ... A nice touch. Ok can we talk about the muffins and breakfast sandwiches...can you say delicious! The bagel with granny smith apples, bacon, cheddar and cream cheese was so really different but really scrumptious or as my kids called it "scrummy"! You must try it. We also had the "that will do Pig" which was equally as good. Oh and the muffins and sticky buns...are a must have.

The staff is friendly and make everyone feel welcome the moment you walk through the screen door:-).

My family loves this place ... We are raving fans of Small Town Cafe!
