Fantastic! We had the scallops, mahi mahi, and the springrolls. All were perfectly cook, the best seafood I've had in a long time. Unpretentious and not snobby at all.

Although it is pricey, the food was awesome and came in HUGE portions. I ordered the Huli Huli Chicken, and my mouth hit the floor when I saw the mounds of food on my plate. The chicken was good...a little dry in the white meat area but still good. My husband got the burger and demolished everything on his plate. The atmosphere was very laid back. Servers were very nice and attentive. Food came out pretty quick. If you are looking for a nice meal in a hip setting, this is the place to go.

Based on a reco from The Ultimate Kauai guidebook we tried Eastside in Kapa'a. The food was great and the service terrific. Portions are large enough to share so keep that in mind when ordering. We split a Caprese salad which was excellent and also split the Huli Huli chicken which was a half chicken served with sweet potato fries, The Chicken was one of the best I've ever had. We're told that teh potato crusted Mahi is outstanding..we'll have to come to back to try that. Ambience is ok but nothing special and its not on the coast but the food was outstanding. Highly recommend this place

The food was ok, but not outstanding. We visited Eastside based on Urbanspoon reviews. We weren't overly thrilled.

Amazing food. Order the Hawaiian Mojito and sweet potato fries for sure. Ribeye was outstanding and enough for two. Also the shrimp and scallop rolls were amazing. Service outstanding and entertainment was great. If you only have one night to eat on Kauai go here!
