This course is great if you like playing on concrete. It gets water every time it rains, which isn't that much in the summer. The friendly staff must have taken the day off when I went. Seemed to be angry that the stupid tourist made them do something. The views are great, but save the $9 and take a nice walk.

We played two rounds of golf during our recent visit. Conditions average, $9 green fee and $9 cart fee. We had 2 sets of clubs in one bag on the plane. So we rented a bag at the course for $1. Several holes that were par 4 & 5. The 2nd hole is 580 yards.
Friendly staff and as we're the locals we played with.
Enjoyed both days. The cost for 2 days of golf for both of us $56. Better than $150 or more for one person at a big name course. More money to spend on other activities and great meals.
Don't miss this hidden gem.

For $9 unlimited golf, this is best golf value on Kauai. Great views! What an experience. It's not your artificially fancy over-priced resort courses but if you're looking for an authentic local experience, Kukuiolono is the place. It's a legit not-profit course. Owned by the McBryde Trust.

This was a fun experience in a beautiful setting. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
9 holes plus a cart with an extra rider and club rental was only $31 - Wow! The course was well maintained, but pistine it was not...but the veiws were amazing. The most casual round of golf on the island. My husband played barefoot.
Don't make the same mistake we made, and trust your GPS to get you there! Just turn on Papalina road and go straight. You will run right into it. (Your GPS may take you on a wild goose chase)

It's a joy to play this sort of local course. The views are lovely from the plateau on which it's placed, there's no water, few bunkers and long rolls for well-hit balls.
