The Golf Is Ok.The food is certainly a second thought most of the time you do good to get anyone to even act like they really even want your business or to serve you! Food is not that strong and service attitude stinks should clean the whole staff out and start over or just shut it down.

This is great fun. If you are a golfer, it is wonderful to play. Beautiful location high on a hill with ocean views. Walkers also frequent this paradise and it's paths are great. We watched whales play in the water below the pavillion! The gardens are beautiful and worth a walk! The plants and rock work are amazing. Lots of old stones carved stones are also present. Take your bird seed to feed the chickens in the parking lot!

My wife and are are avid golfers and have golfed all over the world and really enjoyed our Golf experience at Kukuiolono. Even the name is worth remembering. We had a power cart and it was only 27 bucks for the two of us for the 9 holes. The layout is interesting and the greens small but in very good condition. The fairways were a little hard but that just made the ball run more and make the holes more playable. Even having the roosters and hens on the greens and Tee boxes was photogenic for us and a nice change from the Geese back home. If you are a Golfer and are on the island, find time for this fun experience as you wont regret this two hours away from the beach!

Best $9 spent on the island. This is a great spot for people that want to get out and golf and not worry about expensive greens fees. The views are nice and it's not a difficult course, but fun to play.

I am not a good enough golfer to be comfortable paying hundreds of dollars for green fees, club rental and needing to rent shoes for $50+. A neighbor had recommended Kukuiolono Golf Course..saying they golfed here 12 of 15 days they were in Kauai. I've now played here twice! $9 for nine (or18) holes. $4 for a pull cart. The most relaxed corse (well other than our wonderful Bowen Island, BC Golf Course) I've played on. Played with people from all over the U.S. everyone commented on the affordability of the course. It's the course for visiting "duffers" like myself.
