Did the zip lining tour with KBA. Had Tim and Chris (Bundy) as our guides. They were great in explaining everything we had to do and keeping us safe. Had a blast with my three daughters going through the seven ziplines. The valley is really pretty - they filmed the opening scene of a Tropic Thunder there and the Hunger Games film two will be shot there. Really fun day and the guides were the best!

Tour guides (Ryan, Randall, and Ian) were great and made the experience great. Yes you are just floating down a " lazy river" or as others say a dirty ditch but it was fun and interesting to see the pickaxe marks in the tunnel and think about how much work went into making the tunnels. The lunch was nothing special and this tour is a little over priced but what isn't in Hawaii. I would recommend this tour and overall had a good time.

My husband thought that tubing down the irrigation ditch on Kauai would be too tame. Surprisingly we both enjoyed it very much-it is for children and adults.
There is a few rapids and tunnels that make it really interesting. Tourguides Ryan and John were great.

This was a fantastic tubing experience. If you have been on the lazy river at Atlantis you will enjoy this much more. This is an easy ride that the whole family can enjoy. The staff are very friendly and fun to be with. The ride takes you thru the irrigation canals of an old sugar cane plantation. The best part of the ride was going thru the tunnels cut into the lava mountains. These are engineering marvels. All made by shovels and picks as no explosives could be used due to the nature of the lava. We will do this again the next time we are on Kauai.

On our trip, the wife had only one real request – to do the canal tubing. We made this her birthday event. Only one company has the rights to the canals and so this adventure is a little more expensive than it might be if there was competition. However, we had a great time and felt it was worth it. We checked in and got our gloves and helmet. There were 17 on the trip. We loaded up the two 6-wheeled vehicles and drove through the 17,000 acre ranch to the start point.

Soon we were on our tubes and floating down the canals. The water was 'refreshing' – the 'c' and 'f' words (cold and freezing) words are not allowed! The highlight is tubing through the 5 tunnels – one almost a mile in length. The helmets have a light on them which is used in the tunnels except for the last, short one which is done in the dark.

A light lunch follows at the picnic area/swimming hole. No one went swimming there as the water looked a little stagnant. This was the end of the dry season, so that might have contributed to the low water in the 'hole'. The crew was terrific - couldn't be better. At the lunch, some got out their guitars and sang - very nice voices.
