This fabulous restaurant serves ultra-fresh, creatively prepared tapas. We had the dates/cheese/citrus, lamb riblets, short ribs, scallop, almonds. All were terrific. Service was helpful and gracious. We arrived at the 6pm opening on a Sunday, but found out the restaurant was completely booked for the night, and the bar area open to all that opens at 5:30pm was already full. Our host was able to squeeze us in for 1 hour at a table, so we were very grateful. Highly rated by Fodor's, Frommer's, and the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook.
