We were lucky enough to secure a reservation at this cozy, family-run affair (and reasonably priced at $69pp). The evening first started with fantastic local music and a well-prepared (if not s-t-r-o-n-g!) complementary Mai Tai. The atmosphere was intimate, and not ‘plastic’ feeling, with big windows to the ocean. The buffet featured fresh fruits, veg, tender beef/chicken, dee-lish fish and some seriously amazing pulled pork! And, that coconut cake! Yummmmmm. But, perhaps the most special part of the evening was the luau performance with the beautiful and graceful Colburn family—who put on an incredible show with much aloha. The fire dance at the end was mesmerizing! Thank you to all for a very special experience on the beautiful island of Kauai.

Quite good, though overpriced. Good service, nice little bar, nice coffee shop, great location. Right next to the Hanalei Colony Resort. They serve lunch and dinner.

This restaurant is located a few miles from Hanalei on a very dramatic road with many one lane bridges. The menu is extensive but features local fish. hebi was featured when we visited and it was excellent. The menu is unusual in that there are several lebanese specials. Interesting wine list.

Enjoyable evening on a recent visit, went to dinner with my wife. Geneca, our waitress, was very friendly and personable and made good recommendations. I had the seafood paella and my wife had a local white fish, both very good dishes, and a glass of wine. The dinner was fairly expensive and I was a little surprised by the lack of pre-meal bread or salad. However the setting was terrific, on the beach with waves crashing in the background, live unobtrusive Hawaiian musician playing, and felt absolutely no rush to the meal.

Stopped in on a whim. Well, more than a whim. We were on the road to nowhere, made the obligatory u-turn and stopped in. Saw on the way out and it was still there on the way back.

Started with the white tuna carpaccio. Excellent. Hummus and Pita were good.

Wife ordered up the Falafel Lettuce Wrap and I ordered the Fasoulia Stew.

The stew was incredible. The Falafel was very good.

Would definitely return and probably will as there were other items we would like to try.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. The service was well-timed and we never felt rushed.

Please stop by. Worth it!

Every table has a great view. We were seated in the middle of a room and had a great view of the bay.
