Our 83 year old parents wanted to go snorkeling so off we went! Captain Cole, crew members Matt, Whitney, Stacy were awesome. They made sure my parents (and everyone on the boat) were well taken care of and able to get around the boat and into/ out of the water safely. Wonderful day- great memories.

The crew we had was awesome, friendly, funny, helpful. The swells were large and getting higher but the scenery kept everyone on board so enthralled that no one seemed to notice. We saw Flying fish and Spinner Dolphins as well as beautiful scenery. We had some clouds, winds and sprinkles of rain (November is one of the rainy months here) but the water was a deep beautiful blue and the weather didn't matter. The crew was so alert that no one was left out and by the end of the tour, we felt like everyone on our boat was family. The meal was much better than expected. In fact it was much better than several of the restaurants we had eaten at while here. Over all, have to give this group a thumb's up. Highly recommend this tour and this tour group. Would love to go again and will if I ever get back to Kauai.

We took the 7.5 hour snorkel and sail trip to Na’apali Coast, Ni’ihau, and Lehua. The captain and crew were awesome! Breathtaking views, so be sure to get a waterproof bag for your phone if that’s how you take pics. Breakfast (fruit and cinnamon rolls) and deli-style lunch were included. I was worried we wouldn’t have much to eat for lunch since my husband and I are vegan, but there were plenty of veggies, hummus, bread, and fruit. A bit pricey, but worth every penny!

There were dolphins, there were birds at sea and on the cliffs, there were several spectacular rainbows and equally amazing and colorful cliffs, a great meal (including wine or beer for adults) and nearly perfect sunset. Captain Danny, Orlando and Stacy were wonderful hosts and most helpful throughout the cruise. All-in-all it was a great value for the money.

I generally try to review positive experiences, however if the response to an issue is poorly handled or dismissed by a manager then it is important to address this as it might encourage others to shop around and ask questions. We were part of a group that sailed on November 9, 2018 for the Dinner sunset cruise, we had made arrangements several months in advance for another charter, but they canceled prior to our visit- that should have raised a red flag. Our hotel in Kauai was able to secure a reservation with us late on 11/8, after we decided based on many recommendations that this trip would be well worth our time. I would not hesitate to describe our experiences as nightmarish. As we left for our 4 hour excursion it became apparent that the conditions of the surf were not comfortable for our ship, we were headed into very high swells and rain. Rather that turn back our captain kept going and advised that we were in a storm cell that would likely clear, that did not happen. What did happen was that many people on board became seasick, not just a few, but more than 8 people. The deck hands were busy cleaning up vomit, hosing off the deck and offering water/crackers/pretzels etc. They really did their best, but some people were so sick that they had to remain outside in the rain at the back of the boat hoping for relief. One passenger was so ill that she remained crumpled up in a ball on the floor at the back of the boat while her partner tried to comfort her. Once the Captain decided to turn around ( after about 2.5 hours), and as we headed back, the ocean calmed down and some people were able to enjoy a sunset view and some food/drink. Most people that had just endured the elements and were soaking wet could not wait until they disembarked. We never got a good view of the Na Pali coast. All that said, this company requires that all people sign disclaimers etc., and they talk about the possibility of areas of "choppy sea's" and they say that the ship is coast guard approved, meaning that with all of the state of the art equipment, they knew how bad the trip was likely to be. They never disclosed that or addressed that possibility. We felt as though the company knew of the risks and decided to move ahead anyway. We should have been re-routed or they should have canceled the trip. We were the only ship on our route, others ( like the company that we originally booked, cancelled).
When we shred our experiences with our hotel they called on our behalf and spoke to a manager, who was not at all apologetic or helpful. He took no accountability. This was not about money for us. This was about a company that has/had little or no regard for its customers. Thankfully there are other choices. Shameful customer service.

There are two ways you can see the Na Pali Coast when you are on Kawaii-boat or in our case- catamaran or helicopter. We opted for the catamaran and were very happy with the crew, the food, the mai tais and the fun. The Na Pali Coast is breath taking and a site to see.

We did the raft tour which was the more exciting option. That being said it is not for everyone as the ride is quite long and rough. Captain Yoav was very knowledgeable and took us to sea caves which were very neat. Overall a great day but it is not a "booze cruise" and you must be prepared for rough water and lots of bumps.

We are thrilled you chose us for your Napali Coast experience! Thank you for your wonderful review and yes, the raft is the more adventurous way to see the coast for sure. Mahalo for sharing your “tips for the trip” with our future guests who are considering which tour is right for them. A hui hou Marcus!

My husband and i used Blue Dolphin to see the Napali Coast today and had a fabulous time. Captain Chris, Rob, and Mercedes were a great crew - very attentive and very entertaining. The scenery and wildlife was breathtaking. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Kauai.

The blue dolphin snorkel and Nepali coast tour was a great way to spend the day. We had a wonderful snorkel stop and then cruised the gorgeous coast. We say many spinner nose dolphins along the way as well as a monk seal and Hawaiian green turtle.
The Nepali coast was gorgeous with its waterfalls and cliffs. The experienced captain and his crew were very entertaining and knew the perfect spots to take pictures of us! Highly recommend this trip.
