We arrived on Kona island and was welcomed to a beautiful home rental. The lanai was so pretty and the pool area very relaxing meeting many people from all over the world. Martin was amazing in all our mis haps we had. The unit was immaculate, updated and well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the condo was fantastic as it was 5 min away from our favourite beach “Hapuna”. We took in breathtaking walks along the water, across the street was the Hilton Waikoloa, and the Marriott. The village had all the amenities we needed and our favourite restaurant a stones throw right on the beach “ Lava Lava”. The perfect sunset.
We highly recommend Martins condo, you won’t be disappointed. Great communication, information, and helpful tips. Thankyou to you and your wife.
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in August and had a fantastic stay. Marty was extremely responsive, informative, and personable before, during, and after our stay. The place was spotless and had every accommodation you needed for your stay and for beach activities such as chairs, snorkels, tennis rackets, umbrellas, etc. There was even a bag of fresh coffee and a bottle a wine waiting for us upon our arrival. The location is very walkable to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to the Big Island. Thanks Marty!
The condo we chose for our Big Island vacation in Waikoloa was more than we could have asked for. It was well appointed with everything we needed including beach gear. Marty & Rachelle was very accommodating to our needs. Our vacation could not have been better. Charles & Sandy
I can't say enough good things about this rental. The condo was in immaculate, updated condition. The owners were attentive to managing the stay, but not in the least intrusive. I had a little hesitation when I made the reservation as the condo had not been a rental for long but was willing to give it a go. I was not disappointed. A/C, well equipped kitchen, wonderful living and dining room. Well furnished. My husband and I remarked several times what value we were getting for our money.
Waikaloa Village is a really easy place to stay. There is a grocery on the grounds, multiple restaurants, shops and a magnificent beach in the complex. Oh yeah...and a Starbucks for all you coffee addicts( count me among those.)
The condo was quiet and the grounds were so well kept. We had no problem parking near the building and the community is gated which is a plus.
I have rented before in Kona and my experience was not the best and so I am always a bit hesitant to believe what is said about a rental, believe me ...you will be very happy with this one!
Well appointed rooms and great support. Easy dining and shopping, good golfing and beach, great access for touring the island. Minor issue for me was finding the resort grounds were non-smoking, not just the condo. Understandable as the evenings were comfortable enough to open up windows.
