We had dinner here twice...once at the restaurant and once at the bar area.

We ordered a 14 oz steak with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes + veggies, added a side of snow crab legs for only $10 (Total $50) but here's the good part...if you dine on Mondays, it's 50% off your entrees, so we only paid $25 for that dish. We also tried the fish chowder $9 (good portion) and 1 of the appetizer dish: Ahi tuna, guacamole, lotus chip and potato chip (see pic!) it was delicious, I think it was $14??. We went back later that week just for that appetizer!! The 2nd time around, we also tried the grilled fish burger (nothing special) and the grilled scallop appetizer (only 3 scallops with a small salad on the side) probably not worth the $$$.

The drinks were okay, the pineapple garnish were raw. Nothing much to say on the drinks. The first night they were quite busy since it was Labor day so the service was a tad bit slower. They do have a live entertainer that sings and all starting at 8pm, pretty cool to chill at the bar.

Waikoloa Hilton offers this easy stop for a bite and beer as you stroll, swim, sunbathe or whatever. Easy in and out, no dress code to speak of and very relaxing.

We had a quick bite for lunch while staying at the Marriott. Ordered 2 Caesar salad with anchovies.
Got them without...not a major problem. The fish was fresh, well cooked and juicy. The salad not as fresh but acceptable. Service not as expected...they forgot the anchovies and then when we asked for knives, they just forgot so we had to eat the fish just breaking it with the fork. You would expect something better from the only restaurant at the Marriott.

Food was better than we expected at a hotel restaurant. Fish was very fresh. Setting was beautiful at sunset. Entrees were 50% off Mondays and Thursdays.
