“Good Chinese food but price is a bit high”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

This Chinese was about as good as we have been able to get in Hawaii and we have been living here for 11 years.
The spring rolls $8 were average, better than the standard packet version you normally find.
The Chicken Cashew nut $18, was ok, very little sauce and a bit tasteless
The Half Peking Duck $25, crepes were served on a plate and not in a steam box so they got cold almost immediately, the Duck was not removed from the bone so it took time to dissect, although the meat was well cooked.
The service was efficient but not warm or friendly

“Not Worth the Time or Money”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

Staff was fantastic, courteous, and quick and the restaurants saving grace. Unfortunately, the food was not that great, especially for the price. Specifically, ordered a good looking calamari dish but it was only good looking in writing not in practice. I should have known to not order calamari at a Chinese restaurant but I was fulfilling a craving!

“Good but very expensive.”
Reviewed June 29, 2013

Just two of us, so we only had a few things. The food was very good: not fresh-caught, but all very well prepared with good and upscale ingredients: hot and sour soup doesn't usually have shrimp and scallops in it, but it does here. As with all restaurants in the resort, it was extremely expensive ($80 plus tip for two with no drinks). They did completely validate parking, so if you're driving in you can valet. If you're not staying here, you need to know that the restaurant it quite a walk from the entrance, or there's a train that comes not-very-often.

Mongolian beef tasted mushy and didn't have much flavor. The sweet and sour pork was good. Service was excellent.
