The food was wonderful, It was expensive for 13 of us. But you would never go hungry. The food was hot and plentiful.

The Big Island Breakfast is centrally located at the Hilton Waikoloa resort with a beautiful view of the salt water lagoon. The breakfast buffet is very good, but $29.95 is too much for what you get. There are a la carte items, but they are too expensive also. We just made an effort to eat a really big breakfast, a smaller lunch, and a regular dinner to make up for it.

Selections include eggs, omelets, breads, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juices, milk and coffee.

Our Waikoloa Hilton is a fun place for the whole family.
Whether staying there or not, do not miss the buffet breakfast at the Waters Edge. A taste of Hawaiian cuisine and all the rest you are familiar with .
Walk toff that meal on their beautiful, lush grounds and visit the Dolphins. How I love those beautiful creatures. Swimming with them, as I did, was a thrill to beat the band!!!

Our server Sally was great! Great selection, omelet bar, view of lagoon. YUM. Ate here every morning. A little pricey but worth it, come hungry.
