We truly enjoyed the townhouse and would definitely come back. It was updated with newer appliances and had everything we needed. The location was great! The sliding door on the main floor was off a little and you had to lift it to shut it. Also, we would have like to have had a map in the house of the Villas (where management office, pools, etc were located) and of the whole Waikoloa Resort). Also we were not aware we needed a parking pass until we received a warning notice from property management; however, Kohala Coast Properties were very good in getting back to me about it.

My sister was getting married and rented a condo at the Waikoloa Beach Villas so I decided to trade my original reservation at the Fairway Villas, and I'm glad I did. Marissa at Kohala Coast Properties, Inc was very easy to deal with and gave us a great deal on our last minute booking.
The condo - 3bd plus den/3ba with lush landscaping all the way around, with lots of plumeria -- ohh, the smell is heavenly!! The photos on their website doesn't do justice for this rental unit, definitely better than advertised! The kitchen is very clean and well stocked and the owner provided lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers (and even a couple of B grade snorkels). It overlooks to the golf course and is very peaceful. There is a big grassy open space at the backyard, big enough for my daughter to threw a few pitches.
My family created many memories at this place and we wish to come back someday.
