We vistited the Hilton Waikoloa just for lunch. Stayed down the coast in busier Kona area, but decided to come see the resort area. The dolphin ponds next to the Lagoon Grill are fabulous. The price of the lunch (a $20 Kobe burger or a $25 lobster burger) really covered the cost of the dolphin entertainment. Burgers were good, not great, but certainly above average for a hotel experience. Walking from the lobby to the Lagoon Restaurant (including the 61 steps down (and then back up!) showed off the highlights of the resort. Green turtles came within feet of the walkways, and the waterfall groto gave off a cooling vibe.
