“Local Bar, Decent Pizza”
Reviewed August 4, 2012

We came in here to get some pizzas to go because it was the only thing open late and close to Paniolo Greens. Banjy's is not a family restaurant and caters mainly to the locals. It is a bar first and a food establishment second. The pizza was good and I would have no problem recommending it. However, I would get it to go unless you are looking for a place to hang with the locals and drink.

“Great spot after Golf”
Reviewed July 29, 2012

Staff here will make you feel welcome, and keep your soft drink glasses full. The salads and lunch-time specials are indeed special and very reasonable. This is a post-golf crowd but take the hint, local golfers go where there is value. That's Banjy's. You'll be glad you popped in here. Other restaurants and food joints are good in Waikoloa Village, but I recommend Banjy's as one of the friendliest.

“Good place for a family”
Reviewed July 28, 2012

Not a bad option if you are staying in Waikoloa Beach--10 minute drive to this place and it is near a supermarket. Reasonably priced meal, friendly waitress and good food. Golf course setting with mountain view.

“Terrible Food Decent service”
Reviewed July 17, 2012

After exploring the Hawaiian National Parks we decided to stop at waikeloa village for a quick meal since we hadn't eaten all day. The service was very friendly but the waitress got my order wrong. I ordered a Regular Cheese Pizza and my two other friends ordered a veggie pizza and their Tuesday night special "Taco Tuesday". The tacos were very good but the same cant be said about the other food or drinks. I ordered a simple soda and it was very watery and half of the drink itself was just ice. My friends lemonade was powdery and her pizza was lacking sauce and overall flavor. As I said earlier the waitress had mistakenly replaced my pizza with their Super cheesy pizza, to start off on how terrible it tasted it had no sauce whatsoever the cheeses overlapped each other and had a terrible texture when you ate it. If like a good round of golf and are planning to dine in waikeloa village bring your own snacks because this is the only dining experience you will have in the entire village.
