The unit itself was fine. The positives were: close to pool, wine cooler, private outside grill, television in smaller bedroom and the maintenance person loaned us his hex wrenches for the duration of our stay so we could adjust bicycle seats, Close to Queens and Kings shopping.
The negatives were: The unit was barely clean when we arrived. It looked like it was loosely wiped down, too close to Waikoloa beach drive (very Noisy), no TV in Master bedroom, No sunset view, Resort manager was unresponsive, very stingee with basic supplies like garbage bags, Upstairs unit with thin flooring made it noisy, pool not heated---very cold, a unique requirement of expecting guest to do two full loads of laundry on day of departure (not sure how that would work if you are flying out early am), finally the worst issue is NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACES!!!
I would recommend searching a little bit harder for a better property and property management company other than Resortica Hawaii.
