We stayed at The Volcano House for two nights. First dinner was there, second dinner here.
Both had amazing and different cuisines!
But what sets this one off is the history behind it.
I won't ruin it for you, but when you go, ask for the history pages. It talks all about it and how it came to be.
Look at the fireplace. You'll know you want to know more...
I had the rabbit, and it was done in the German fashion. Awesome! The wife got Duck à l'Orange. Man! The flavors were so well balanced and the meat was fantastic! Great, friendly service and very reasonable prices (for Hawaii, lol!). Gets busy, limited parking. Make reservations way ahead of time.
I'd definitely go back. Nicely done!
