AMAZING and genuinely authentic. Make sure and make reservations a day or two ahead so that you can enjoy their gourmet lunch. They fill up fast. Their farm-grown, produce was delicious! And their multiple ways to use Vanilla in cooking were unexpected and wonderful surprises. Their oldest son, Ian was as knowledgeable as any college professor, yet warm and inviting of all questions on the tour. We have a newfound awe of Vanilla and will never purchase non-organic Vanilla again. Ask lots of questions about their father and grandfather. In my opinion, they are as important as Walt Disney was to his industry. Let's hope that someone writes a book about this incredible family. They have created a great new industry for Hawaii.
