Having heard the prior incarnation, Fujimamas, was fish-heavy (leave the poor fish alone!) and expensive, we were dubious yet curious about the new incarnation, Redwater Inn. It exceeded all expections. Each dish was delish, the wine was interesting, and the only surprise was how good everything was. They gladly customized meat treatments, and the waiter was smart and personable. We look forward to the next "special occasion" spent there. (But would recommend a slicker sign.)
