The good: The manager is very nice and very helpful. The park is right in town and is walking distance to groceries, etc. The park is quiet. The power is good, as is the water.

The bad: The park is old, the spaces are relatively close and consist of dirt and a little bit of scraggly grass. Several permanent residences on site.

Conclusion: I'd stay here again for a night or two but maybe not a vacation destination.

This park is owned and managed by the nicest, most helpful, genuine couple. We arrived a little late and they went out of their way to help us in every way possible. They made calls to local restaurants after us telling them we couldn't find anything open. Clean bathrooms and showers. Thanks for everything!

Stayed 4 days visiting Grandparents 200 bucks. Mowed around my camper and truck during stay. Lights shut off during my shower. Wifi stopped working last 2 days. Owners live in a trailer house across the way and will constantly eyeball you just a horrible stay.

Attention Road Warriors: GREAT PLACE-as with all in this dry place- it is not a lush resort. BUT dont be fooled. This is a great pit stop rest stop. Clean, clean and clean. Owners are husband and wife team and man do they work HARD to go way beyond necessary. The bath rooms. Excellent. The laundry facility.. something you dream of when on the road. Full service. showers/ laundry/ wash sinks/ dump- many on RV site/ internet. Right in town but Quiet. Makes shopping for restock so easy.
The entrance is thru a shared driveway with the office a bit down. Mike, husband owner is on site all the time working hard and lending a hand with anything you need. Julie is in the office and also goes out of the way to assist. They Even checked our Camper to make sure AC was running because our dog was inside. Now we are refreshed, restocked, laundry done and ready to go again!

At first glance this park looks about average for rural RV parks in the West. But it's actually quite exceptional. The husband wife team that owns it is very friendly and helpful and this will really enhance your stay. They've owned it about four years, and you can see that upgrading and improving what was a run down park has been a labor of love. The public areas are very clean and tidy. The park has mature trees and grass between the gravel pads. And it's set back from the highway and very quiet. No campfires are allowed, which we consider a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stop.
