We went to the Q for a 2 for 1 special, but it still seemed pricey for what we had. Ambience was pretty cool; the yard around the building is nice, but there are other restaurants I'd rather go to.

Our apologies that the meal seemed pricey. We pride ourselves on offering the best value possible for the quality ingredients we use. Also, our 2 for 1 special gives you one entree for $2 (100% of that is donated to a local non-profit) which we think is a pretty great deal. Glad you enjoyed the ambiance and we hope you'll come back again soon.

The food & service here was exceptional. We were expecting American bistro food but no yellow cheese in sight!! We also had the most mind-blowing dessert a sweet potato brûlée and great live music. Highly recommended!!

Sounds like a wonderful evening! Great to hear you caught some live music and took advantage of our new pastry chef's take on the traditional creme brûlée. Hope to see you in again soon!

We ate there on New Years eve and after all the great dining in Teton Village and the town of Jackson it was a let down. My "New York" strip did not seem legitimately that cut of beef - it was fatty and so was my son's. My husband liked his fried chicken dish - and others enjoyed their meals but it is just okay.

Our apologies that you were disappointed in your steak. We get our meat from Meyer Ranch in Montana. We try our hardest to offer you consistent, quality product and have found that our regional purveyors usually deliver the best. We hope that you'll be back in for another try soon!

Just was not very good. BBQ was sub par, it was cold in the restaurant. We just did not enjoy it. Maybe it was a bad night?

Our apologies for your sub-par experience. Our heat did break one night and, alas, we couldn't get it fixed until the next morning. Totally understand it being hard to enjoy your meal when thinking about the temperature. We hope you give us another try - perhaps seated next to our cozy fireplace on a night with live music? Much better atmosphere!

We had very slow service on a slow night. It really shouldn't take an hour to get three brisket sandwiches. The brisket was good, the macaroni and cheese was good but both the fries and the sweet potato fries seemed to have been sitting under a warming lamp for hours and were tough and flavorless.
