We would have given the Bentwood an outstanding except for the fact that our room was fairly small and the price was rather high. The inn keepers--Rachel & Neill--are super nice and helpful and very welcoming. The afternoon appetizers and their breakfasts were outstanding. It has a good location just outside Jackson and near to Teton Village.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary at the Bentwood Inn. It was great to kick off our time at the Inn with a little wine and hors d'oeuvres before heading out for the evening. We were just a short drive from the Jackson Hole Village where we saw a concert at the Jackson Hole Music Festival after taking the free gondola up the mountain to watch the sunset. We were treated to a delicious brunch of french toast, eggs and oatmeal in the morning.

We highlight recommend staying here. It was a very special way to spend our anniversary!

We stayed in “Wildflower” July 17-20. Neil is one of those guys that everyone likes, making a comfortable, relaxed vacation site. His recommendations were spot on for EVERYTHING in the area. He is willing and able to cook to order whatever your heart desires. The wine & cheese evening treat was a great time to mingle & enjoy. Wine gives me migraines so Neil accommodated by providing many local brewed beers. If you call ahead, the local bus will pick you up just South of Bentwood Inn.

Cons: had to check out & go back to reality

My wife and I spent a week at the Bentwood Inn beginning on June 22, 2013. We scheduled our visit to Jackson to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our stay with Rachel and Neil in their beautiful Log Home was the best. Our hosts were always ready to offer advice and directions for the days activities. We had a memorable week making new friends at breakfast and our time during afternoon wine and cheese. Rachel and Neil went out of their way to arrange various activities for us including rafting and a wildlife excursion. On our anniversary they made arrangements for us to have dinner at a restaurant located up the mountain at Teton Village. The food was outstanding and the view of the valley magnificent. This is an anniversary we will remember for the rest of our lives. When we returned to the Bentwood, we found a box of chocolates and an anniversary card from Rachel and Neil. This was a nice surprise and was a special finish to a great day. Our experience at the Bentwood was very memorable and look forward to returning for another visit. Thank you Rachel and Neil for a wonderful time at the Bentwood.

Our family all enjoyed the Bentwood Inn, with a warm, luxurious log home feeling. Our room was the "Bunkhouse" which was perfect for a couple and two teenage boys, room for all. Beautiful decor and warm down duvets on the beds. Innkeepers Rachel and Neil were very gracious, attending to our needs for a last minute "bistro dinner" (they served us elk, organic greens, and cheesecake) and they also ordered an early morning taxi for a trip to the airport. We enjoyed evening wine and appetizers on the porch overlooking the lush green lawn and woods surrounding the inn. Walking distance to bike/walking path that extends to Teton Village and beyond, off beaten path of tourists. Charming place, highly recommend it!

The breakfast was great. Room was large, gorgeous and comfortable. The innkeepers are always accommodating and sweet. The inn is located off of a bike path and very close to 390 which is an excellent alternative to take to the National Parks.

The thing that Carole and I enjoyed the most was the time spent at breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese with the other guests. This is the first time that we have really shared time with other guests. The breakfasts we had were all awesome. The afternoon wine and cheese was also very good. Rachel gave us the location of a restaurant down the road just a mile or so away for dinner that was great as we had a long day on the road. We would recommend the Bentwood to all traveling in the Jackson, WY. area.
