We stumbled across this organization as they had volunteers displaying owls at the airport. All week we kept circling around to catch another Raptor Center event. (Check their online calendar) A wealth of information, knowledgeable volunteers and staff who are committed to rehabilitation and to educating humans. Make a reservation to see their midday show at the Wilson Community Center - way more info than the free community events.

Thank you for encouraging others to meet the birds. We're glad you had an encounter with our team at the airport and we hope to see again.

We were in the visitor center for Jackson Hole when someone told us there was a presentation being given by the Teton Raptor Center. I was very interested in that so we went outside to see the raptors.

The handlers showed us the birds and told us all about them, why they were there, and why they couldn’t be released. There were feathers to touch and see how soft they were. I thought it was especially good for children who seemed really interested in what was being said.

No touching of the birds, but we could get very close to them. Love the work this center does. Definitely worth checking it out!

It was so cool to hear all about this organization AND see some incredible birds! There are free presentations throughout the week but we opted for a paid one that gave us lots of info and some more personal experiences. It was encouraging to hear how they are helping the wildlife in the area and country! Make sure and check them out!!

We were fortunate enough to have Teton Raptor Center representatives (both feathered and not) join us at private birthday party. The program was fascinating and the birds breathtaking. The TRC staff is as friendly, good humored and knowledgeable as they come. How lucky these animals are to be in their care. Kudos to TRC for its outstanding rehabilitation, education and outreach efforts.

Saw the listing on line and thought we’d give it a try. That at the old school house just off Highway 22. Great show, saw eagle, owls, and other birds up close. Learned a lot about these species and their habitat. Cost $20 per person, was well worth it to us.
